Our customer in Hornbæk, Denmark wanted to expand the living area of ​​his summer house with a 45m² annex. The soil conditions on the building site were challenging with soft clay and the foundation depth 4-6 metres. Screw foundations are an ideal solution for building sites with poor soil conditions. As it is far easier to reach down to the depth where there is bearing capacity in the ground and thus avoid massive excavation, gravel driving, tamping and disposal of soil.
